The Orange County Convention Center is the second largest in the country, with more than 230 events every year. For exhibitors at conventions, the OCCC has created a detailed list of information that will help you plan for success.

It’s a great place to exhibit. The OCCC features two buildings, West and North/South, that host conventions, trade shows, consumer events and meetings. These events attract more than 1.4 million people a year, further boosting the position of Orlando and Orange County as one of the world’s most popular destinations.

Details on preparation for an OCCC convention vary depending on the events, which can range from wedding expos and home and garden shows to gatherings of surf enthusiasts and beauty pageants. The following looks at some overall guidance for planning an exhibit at the Orange County Convention Center.

Within these two lots, visitors will find designated parking areas for specific events. Messages indicating the location of these areas are listed on electronic, overhead signs on International Drive (where the OCCC is located) as well as the surrounding area.

Exhibitors may also park at the Destination Parkway Garage, which is open depending on the amount of activity at the OCCC. The garage is two blocks west of the convention center. Shuttle service is provided to the convention center.

For those exhibiting at an event with a general service contractor or show manager, ask them what address to use to get boxes shipped to you. For those without a show manager, the OCCC asks that you call (407) 685-9882.
